How do I test a new mattress?

Does my sleeping position matter when choosing a mattress?
Yes, your sleeping position affects pressure points and spinal support.
Since everyone is different, the best way to find your perfect mattress is by testing
how each level of firmness feels for you. Talk with the salesperson for personalized recommendations.
Should a mattress be firm to provide good support?
Not always. In modern mattresses, support often comes from design and materials rather than just firmness.
The comfort layers determine the surface “feel.”
For example, a mattress can feel soft yet still give great back support — that’s what helps you rest comfortably all night.
Should you use an old bed base with a new mattress?
It’s not recommended. A mattress is designed to work best with its matching base.
Using an old or different base can affect comfort and support.
Also, make sure your bases meet federal flammability standards for safety.
What’s the difference between a box spring and a platform frame?
A platform frame eliminates the need for a box spring — it provides solid support for the mattress, is easier to move, and often includes extra storage space underneath.
Box springs, on the other hand, are made with internal coils or wood slats to hold the mattress.
Both offer support, just with different styles.
Delivery & Warranty
Delivery Service
For delivered merchandise, you have 24 hours to report any issues.
Deliveries are scheduled within 4-hour windows, but delays may occur due to traffic or unexpected events.
Warranty
You can request up to a 5-year warranty for your items if you wish.

In-Store Pickup
You must bring your original receipt to pick up your item. Please inspect all items before leaving the store. Casa Furniture is not responsible for any damages after pickup. Transportation and handling are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using our professional delivery and assembly service.
Product Layaway Plan
We’re happy to offer our customers a convenient layaway option.
Here are the key details of our layaway policy:
Deposit
Your layaway begins with a deposit — either in cash or by card.
This deposit is a commitment to purchase and secures your item.
Duration
You have 60 days from the date of the deposit to pay the remaining balance.
This allows you to manage your payments in a way that fits your budget.
Cancellation or Item Exchange
If you decide to cancel your layaway or exchange it for another item,
please note that payments are not refundable in cash.
Instead, the amount paid will be converted into store credit.
However, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from that store credit
to cover the costs associated with returning the item to our inventory.
